Friday 27th May 2016:  Conversation over dinner and drinks in a Brussels restaurant for those available.  
We will meet at this interesting restaurant from 19:00 to late - L'Horloge du Sud

Saturday 28th May 2016: 

08:30 - 09:30 Introductions and personal reflections on the topic

09:30 - 10:00 Scene setting (JK) and agreement on the schedule

10:00 - 11:00 Presentation from attendees on specific topics (Jimena  Andino Dorato - Brazil, Steve Crawford/Nghi Dang - JAMK Project , and TBD)

11:00 - 11:15 Coffee/Tea Break

11:15 - 12:00 Second Conversation slot (Topic 1)- 4 groups

12:00 - 12:45 Sub-Groups report back to all others on findings on Topic 1

13:00 - 14:00 (Small) Lunch locally


14:30 - 15:15 Third Conversation slot (Topic 2)- 4 groups

15:15 - 16:00 Sub-Groups report back to all others on findings on Topic 2

16:00 - 16:15 Coffee/Tea Break

16:15 - 17:30 Discussion on what we have discovered so far. Focus on possible actions

17:30 - 18:00 Plan Sunday Conversations

19:30  - Late Conversations over dinner and drinks - venue to be decided

Sunday 29th May 2016: 

09:30 - 10:30 Review list of possible action items from Saturday discussion

10:30 - 13:00 Detailed planning session. Format to be agreed but probably in sub-groups with full group session to agree action plan


13:00 - 14:30 Leisurely lunch for those still in Brussels

14:30 - 18:00 Further conversations for those available - either on a walk or in a suitable coffee shop. (Note that we do not have the University Foundation Room Booked for Sunday afternoon


18:30 - Dinner - for those who have the energy!
